~Nebulizer and Bronchitis

Nebulizer

Nebulizers are commonly used for the treatment of cystic fibrosis, asthma, COPD and other respiratory diseases.

Nebulizers use oxygen, compressed air or ultrasonic power to break up medical solutions and suspensions into small aerosol droplets that can be directly inhaled from the mouthpiece of the device. The definition of an aerosol is a "mixture of gas and liquid particles," and the best example of a naturally occurring aerosol is mist, formed when small vaporized water particles mixed with hot ambient air are cooled down and condense into a fine cloud of visible airborne water droplets

Nebulizers are electric- or battery-powered machines that turn liquid asthma medicine into a fine mist that's inhaled into the lungs. The user breathes in the mist through a mouthpiece or facemask. Nebulizers vary in size and shape, but can be a bit bulky and noisy and may need to be plugged in.
A child doesn't have to "do" anything to receive the medicine except stay in one place and accept the mouthpiece or facemask. It usually takes about 5 or 10 minutes to give medication by nebulizer, and sometimes longer. Nebulizers can be less effective if a child is crying during use, since less medicine will be inhaled.


Bronchitis

Bronchitis is a respiratory disease in which the mucus membrane in the lungs' bronchial passages becomes inflamed. 
As the irritated membrane swells and grows thicker, it narrows or shuts off the tiny airways in the lungs, resulting in coughing spells that may be accompanied by phlegm and breathlessness.

The disease comes in two forms: acute (lasting from one to three weeks) and chronic (lasting at least 3 months of the year for two years in a row). 
People with asthma may also have asthmatic bronchitis, inflammation of the lining of the bronchial tubes. 
Acute bronchitis may be responsible for the hacking cough and phlegm production that sometime accompany an upper respiratory infection. In most cases, the infection is viral in origin, but sometimes it's caused by bacteria.
If you are otherwise in good health, the mucus membrane should return to normal after you've recovered from the initial lung infection, which usually lasts for several days.

Chronic bronchitis is a serious long-term disorder that often requires regular medical treatment. Individuals exposed to cigarette smoke, chemical lung irritants, or who are immunocompromised have an increased risk of developing bronchitis.

~My baby not feeling well

My little princess is currently having quite bad coughing. Her cough become worse at night until early morning. Doctor said it is because weather during that time is cooler than day time. I started to notice that Sarah is having cough on Sunday and told my husband. He said we will bring Sarah to see doctor on Monday night if she still having bad cough. On Monday night, we went to Al- Islam Medical Center to see a doctor. The doctor said Sarah lung have no problem and she just having normal cough. No medication needed as she is under one year old. Just give her to drink milk to make her throat comfortable. Next day, we decided not to send Sarah to her nursery so that I can fed her whole day as she drink her milk to little at nursery. Unfortunately, her cough became worse and we decided to bring her to hospital again. But this time to see pediatrician specialist. We went to hospital on Wednesday afternoon, after lunch. After checking, we had been informed that Sarah is having acute Bronchistis.Sarah had to take gas with nebulizer. Sarah was crying all the time while taking the gas. Pity my baby :(
After taking that gas, Sarah cough become better and I believe she is recovering. But one thing that make me relieve is, Sarah is still active as normal no matter how bad her cough ^_^.

~Resepi Sotong Goreng Tepung

Last weekend, kitorang 1 family pergi Melaka untuk wedding Ita. Actually, aku punya plan nak ajak husband aku g jalan2 lepas wedding tu. Maybe spend 1 malam ke kat Melaka. Bolehla nak pergi makan ikan bakar kat Umbai.hehe..Tapi husband pula stand by minggu ni, siap kena troubleshoot issue network lagi kat wedding Ita and dalam kereta. So, tak boleh la nak jalan2 sangat. Kitorang singgah kat Dataran Pahlawan jer, jalan2, solat and dinner. Lepas tu kitorang pun bertolak balik ke Bangi. Malam tu kitorang stay Bangi sebab dekat la sikit dengan Melaka. Disebabkan tak jadi makan Sotong Goreng Tepung kat Parameswara, so aku pon decide nak try buat sendiri..nasib baik jadi..hehe

Bahan- bahan;
Sotong
Telur
Tepung Gandum
Garam
Lada*optional- aku tak letak pun

Cara- cara;
1. Potong sotong, bersihkan dan tos airnya.
2. Gaulkan sotong dengan sedikit garam. Jangan banyak sangat, nanti masin pula.
3. Masukkan sotong yang dah digaulkan dengan garam ke dalam telur. Telur dipukul macam nak buat telur dadar tu.
4. Masukkan campuran sotong dan telur kedalam tepung dan goreng.
5. Ni lah hasilnya..
 

~Resepi Mee Kari

Resepi Mee Kari

Actually aku plan nak masak mee kari ni weekend 2 minggu lepas untuk 'Nek Busok' yang nak datang raya. Tapi last minute cancel pula so aku pun simpan bahan2 nak masak tu and masak on weekdays jer untuk suami and family. So, jom layan resepinya.

Bahan- bahan;
Bawang Besar*dikisar
Bawang Putih*dikisar
Halia*dikisar
Cili Boh
Rempah Kari Ayam- jadikan pes
Santan
Air Rebusan Kulit Udang
Udang
Fish Ball
Fish Cake
Tauhu
Buah Pelaga
Bunga Lawang
Daun Kari
Ubi Kentang
Ayam

Cara- cara;
1. Tumis bahan kisar hingga naik bau, kemudian masukkan pes rempah kari, cili boh, daun kari, buah pelaga dan bunga lawang.
2. Pastikan rempah dan cili masak sebelum masukkan air dan kentang.
3. Biarkan sekejap, kemudian masukkan air rebusan kulit udang, udang, ayam, fish ball dan fish cake.
4. Tunggu sehingga kentang empuk, masukkan santan, garam, tauhu kering dan gula.
5. Siap ^_^

P/S: Ni lah hasilnya.. Hiaskan dengan telur rebus, limau kasturi dan cili merah.

~Resepi Nasi Tomato dengan Ayam Masak Merah

Dah lama tak buat ayam masak merah, so last week aku pon buat ayam masak merah. Kebetulan bahan nak masak pon tak banyak sangat. So aku just buat ayam masak merah dan nasi tomato. Gandingkan dengan jelatah.

P/S: Suami puji sedap, sampai nak ajak kawan dari Indonesia datang makan. Padahal ayam tue dah tinggal sikit dia makan. :p

Resepi Nasi Tomato

Bahan- bahan;
Mentega
*Bawang Putih
*Bawang Merah
*Halia
Bunga Cengkih
Bunga Lawang
Kulit Kayu Manis
Susu sejat- 1 cawan
Beras- 3 cawan
Tomato- 2 biji
Garam
Gula
Sos Tomato- 3 sudu
Daun Pandan

Cara- cara;
1. Cairkan mentega di dalam rice cooker.
2. Masukkan bahan bertanda * yang telah dikisar bersama bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, kulit kayu manis dan daun pandan . Tumis hingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan buah tomato yang telah dipotong dadu. Masak hingga hancur dan sedikit kering.
4. Masukkan sos tomato, garam dan gula. Biar beberapa minit sebelum masukkan beras. Biar lebih masin supaya nasi ada rasa.
5. Kacau beras hingga sebati, kemudian masukkan susu dan air secukupnya.
6. Tutup rice cooker dan biar nasi masak.


Resipi Ayam Masak Merah

Bahan- bahan;
Ayam
Cili Kisar- Dikisar bersama cili kering, bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia.
Serai- Di ketuk
Tomato- 2 biji
Sos Cili
Sos Tomato
Garam
Gula

Cara- cara;
1. Tumis cili kisar hingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan serai dan biar cili masak.
3. Masukkan tomato yang dipotong dadu. Kacau hingga masak dan hancur.
4. Masukkan air, sos tomato, sos cili, garam dan gula secukupnya. Gaul sebati.
5. Masukkan ayam. Biar hingga ayam masak dan sedikit kering.

~Kek Gulung Jem Strawberry

Ni percubaan kedua aku buat swiss roll..alhamdulillah..jadi juga. Kali pertama guna resepi bahulu gulung..jadi juga tapi pecah-pecah.

Bahan A;
Kuning Telur- 3 biji
Gula Castor- 75g
Air- 50ml
Minyak Masak/ Minyak Jagung- 40ml
Tepung Gandum- 80g
Esen Vanilla- 1ts

Bahan B;
Telur Putih- 3 biji
Gula Castor- 2ts
Cream of Tartar- 1/8 ts

Bahan lain;
Jem Strawberry secukupnya.

Cara-cara;
1. Pukul luning telur dan gula hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan air, minyak, esen vanilla dan tepung.
3. Pukul hingga kembang.
4. Pukul bahan B hingga kembang (terbalikkan mangkuk, adunan tak jatuh)
5. Masukkan bahan B kedalam adunan bahan A.
6. Kaup balik hingga kedua-dua adunan sebati.
7. Masukkan adunan kedalam loyang yang telah di sapu mentega dan di lapik kertas grease.
8. Bakar selama 10 min dengan suhu 170.
9. Sejukkan dan sapu jem keatas kek.
10. Gulung


p/s: masih amatur. tak pandai nak gulung sampai tertanggal kulit dia tapi masih enak :p

~mother

the date of celebration  is over but i don't think it is late for me to talk about it and celebrating it because for me we have to celebrates the day everyday as appreciation to the most adorable woman in the world...Mother.
without her, of course no one from us will be here. will be what we are now.

Since I was a kid, I am always jealous towards my friends who always telling me the story of her mother. but me?? I dont have that kind of story to share with friends because the most important woman in my life is no longer with me either in this world. She left us when I am 3 years old.In that age, there are so little of memory with her that I can remember, only the photo of her that remind me.
Because of that, I think it is only me and people who in the same condition with me will know how life would be without Mother. Especially when your mother left when you are still small, still need her love and still need her guidance. actually, we will need all of that for whole of our life.Right??

But, ayah always tell me that I am lucky. Even I have no mother besides me, I have uncles, aunties and cousins who's really close to me and love me until I never have feeling of emptiness without my Mother(but of course I do remember her!). One of them is my aunty whom called Aunty Milah. She is so idolized as a woman because she is not only good mother for her sons, but also a good mother for me. She is kind of perfect woman that I've ever met. I am not saying this because she is my aunty but this is really true. I had witnesses her difficulties to earn money for life and education of her sons until all of my cousins succeed in their life. In the difficulties, she also spent her time to visit my grandmother(who was staying with me that time), and to help her brothers(my uncles and ayah) in any issues.
With all the big responsible, she is still a loyal wife to her husband and she did her job very well without complaining.
I adore her spirit. she is so tough with all the responsibilities and difficulties in her life. she face it with patient.
 always hope and pray that i will have the same spirit as her. 
Of course, Ibu will always be a queen of my heart because she is the one who brought me into this world but my aunty is a great woman in my heart and an idol for me because she is the one who take care of me and my family until now.

~Agar-agar Santan Gula Melaka

Agar-agar ni aku buat untuk Nek Busuk yang datang berbuka kat rumah aku last week. Dah alang-alang buat tu, aku buat lebih sikit untuk hubby dan ayah aku and untuk bagi kat mertua aku.

Resepi Agar-agar

Bahan-bahan;
Agar-agar bertali- 1 peket
Santan- 2 cawan
Air- 5 cawan
Daun Pandan
Telur- 1 Biji (Dicuci)
Gula Pasir- 1 Cawan
Gula Melaka- 1/2 Cawan
Garam

Cara-cara;
1. Masak agar-agar, gula, gula melaka dan daun pandan dengan air hingga agar-agar dan gula larut.
2. Masukkan santan dan telur ke dalam mangkuk dan kacau.
3. Selepas agar-agar dan gula larut dalam air, masukkan campuran santan dan telur.
4. Kacau dan masak hingga mendidih.
5. Tuang kedalam loyang/ acuan.
6. Sejukkan

*Nie hasilnya. Tengah tunggu agar-agar sejuk. Pic yang dah potong terlupa snap(macam biasa, asyik lupa jer..)




~Nasi Lemak Dengan Sambal Ikan Bilis dan Ayam Goreng

Korang pernah tak dengar makcik-makcik or mak korang sendiri ke cakap diorang tak tau nak masak apa untuk hari tu. Sampai rasa macam problem 'nak masak apa' tu nampak macam masalah negara dah..hee..

Since aku dah jadi suri rumah sementara ni, baru aku faham perasaan makcik-makcik tu, yerla bila korang dah tiap-tiap hari masak so menu yang korang tahu pun dah abis(aku kan stil belajar lagi so tak banyak la menu yang aku tahu :p).

So, untuk isnin lepas, selepas dah pening-pening fikir aku pun decide nak buat  lemak. Menu paling simple. Tak payah nak ada lauk meriah-meriah. Aku masak nasi lemak, buat sambal ikan bilis, goreng ayam dan rebus telur..settle.

Jom aku nak share resepi nasi lemak, sambal ikan bilis dan ayam goreng aku yang tak seberapa ni..telur rebus tak perlu resepi la kot..tak kan tak tau kot rebus telur..hee



Resepi Nasi Lemak

Bahan-bahan;
Beras
Santan
Air
Halia (dihiris)
Serai (diketuk)
Daun Pandan
Garam

Cara-cara;
1. Basuh beras
2. Masukkan santan, air, halia, serai, daun pandan dan garam kedalam beras yang dah dicuci.
3. Masak nasi ^_^



Resepi Sambal Ikan Bilis

Bahan-bahan;
Ikan Bilis (dicuci dan dibersihkan)
Halia (dikisar)
Bawang Besar (dikisar)
Bawang putih (dikisar)
Cili Kering (dikisar)
Gula Melaka
Garam
Air Asam Jawa

Cara-cara;
1. Tumis bahan kisar hingga masak dan naik bau.
2. Masukkan air dan ikan bilis
3. Kacau dan tunggu sehingga agak kering
4. Masukkan gula, garam dan air asam jawa dan kacau hingga masak.



Resepi Ayam Goreng

Bahan-bahan;
Ayam (aku guna wings)
Halia (dikisar)
Bawang Besar (dikisar)
Bawang Putih (dikisar)
Serbuk Kunyit
Serbuk Kari
Garam

Cara-cara;
1. Perap ayam dengan bahan kisar, garam, serbuk kunyit dan serbuk kari selama 1 jam atau lebih.
2. Goreng ayam yang telah diperap hingga garing dan bertukar ke warna coklat.
3. Bolehlah dihidang dan makan ^_^



*Resepi ayam goreng ni aku try and error jer. Nasib baik jadi. Mula-mula aku nak buat ayam berempah tapi asyik jumpa resepi yang guna banyak bahan so aku buat resepi ayam goreng aku sendiri :p.


~Butter mini cupcakes

As mentioned dalam previous entry, aku dah ada hobi baru iaitu mem'baking' dan meng'cooking'. So semalam aku pun dengan senang hati buat kan suami aku kek butter. Aku bakar dalam mini paper cup supaya senang nak makan..tak payah nak potong-potong. Actually, aku ambil resepi ni dari satu blog ni dan aku ubah sikit ikut citarasa aku tapi aku dah tak ingat nama blog tu. Pada owner blog..terima kasih daun keladi untuk resepi kek yang marvellous ^_^.

Jom layan resepi kat bawah nie. 

Bahan-bahan;
Butter/ Marjerin 240g (aku guna marjerin)
2 1/2 cawan tepung kek/ tepung naik sendiri
1 cawan gula custor
3 biji telur (dicuci dan dilap)
1 ts esen vanilla

*resepi asal ada letak 3/4 cawan susu tapi aku letak 1 sudu jer.

Cara- cara;
1. Pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan esen vanilla, pukul hingga sebati
3. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit, kacau. (lebih elok kacau tepung dengan spatula untuk elak terlebih kacau)
4. Masukkan susu
5. Masukkan adunan kek kedalam loyang/ paper cup.
6. Bakar kek dalam oven yang dah dipanaskan pada suhu 180.

*kalau bakar kek dlm loyang, bakar selama 50 min, cupcake: 20min, dan mini cup cake: 10 min (bergantung pada oven masing-masing..maknanya kena la rajin jenguk kat dalam oven tu especially untuk first timer macam aku ;))

Nie hasilnya, aku letak nutella kat as topping sebab hubby aku suka makan nutella.

~comeback dan kembali menganggur

Lama gila aku tak buat entry baru untuk blog aku ni. Aku ada juga plan nak tutup jer blog aku ni since dah dekat tiga tahun aku tak jenguk. Habis bersawang dah blog ni.

Tapi since aku dah kembali memegang title 'penanam anggur' berjaya, after dua tahun lebih bekerja dengan Accenture Solution aku tulis la balik (tiap kali menganggur jer baru nak tulis balik!!). Ingat nak buat entry pasal masak memasak pula (aku dah pandai masak tau!!)..hehe..So mesti ada antara korang yang terkejut dengan status baru aku. Aku sekarang bukan jer seorang penganggur tau, tapi aku juga seorang isteri dan ibu!!

Ok la..cerita dia macam ni..aku start kerja dengan Accenture pada September 2010 untuk Projek Averis sampai la aku berhenti minggu lepas (9 julai 2013). Aku berhenti sebab nak jaga anak aku sebab dia menangis tak biasa duduk kat taska, tapi lepas aku tender jer dia terus ok pula..saje jer kan nak aku resign (notty tau debab mama ni!!)..hehe..

Aku kenal husband aku pula dua bulan after aku join Accenture. Kami kerja satu office, kira macam office scandal la..haha.

Setahun lepas kenal, kami bertunang dan beberapa bulan lepas tu kami pun kahwin. Mesti korang kata cepat kan?? Tu la namanya jodoh, tak terfikir pun akan jumpa someone kat tempat kerja baru then kahwin. ^_^.(so pada korang-korang yang belum ada bf or belum kahwin, tak yah risau-risau..ada jodoh nanti kahwin la korang..)

Kitorang kahwin pada 25 Mei 2012 and 26 Mac 2013 hari tu kitorang dah pun bergelar parents kepada seorang bayi perempuan comel bernama Sarah Qasdina. So far aku tak ada alami apa-apa alahan teruk masa pregnant, pening sikit-sikit jer. Tapi aku ada sindrom suka ponteng kerja.. hehe.

Aku rasa ni jer la dulu yang aku nak share. Nanti aku share pengalaman dibedah untuk lahirkan Sarah pula dalam next entry. Malas pula nak type banyak-banyak :p.

p/s: mesti korang perasan kan aku ada pakai braces?? iyer aku pernah pakai braces few month before bertunang, tapi dah buka dah few weeks sebelum deliver Sarah ^_^
